I found this on eBay today.
I really like that emblem in the top center…
I do not recall approving use of the logo for eBay deployment and I sure did not get Attribution or credit!
The chinese on the left (for chu’an-fa / kempo) looks pretty sloppy too.

Sorted ….
Dear macertificates,
Thank you, that would probably be for the best.
My material is covered under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 US) license which means you really are not supposed to be selling it. On top of it, one of my school logos on your certificates would likely lead people to think the certificate holder got the belt from my lineage or is somehow endorsed by us. The possibilty of forging an “instructor’s” name on a pre-made certificate is also not out of the question.

Dear macertificates,
That is my old school emblem in the top middle of your certificate.
I do not mind you using it but please give credit to the source.
It is base on Grandmaster Alan Carter & Sigung Mike Griffin’s (my teacher) emblem from the 80’s.
I took the chinese (chu’an fa / kempo) out and replaced it with the clover because few people could read the chinese anyway,
This URL points to pics of my students wearing shirts with the “new” logo in October 2007: http://cqbkajukenbo.com/pictures/second-cqb-kajukenbo-club-belt-test/
