John Anderson passed away due to complications from pancreatitis on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at about 03:30.
As a good friend of mine and the CQB KAJUKENBO CLUB, I hereby formally and officially award him an honorary 1st degree black belt in Kajukenbo as of Monday September 22, 2008.
“Mr. Anderson”, who was also a world class steel tipped dart player, took most of the early pictures for us when the club first started and trained with us as time permitted.
He will be missed.
